Lisa has a passion for developing leaders at all levels for business and community organizations across a variety of industries. With more than 15 years as a consultant, facilitator and coach Lisa has the skills, experience and instinct to help leaders exceed their goals. Specifically, she excels in the areas of managing large-scale change, creating the organizational culture that must underpin the change, and directing and facilitating the strategic planning process needed to sustain the change.

As a coach, Lisa has a keen intuitive ability to quickly identify the root cause of issues that are blocking effectiveness. She is a natural leader and communicator who enables her clients to define their values and to create alignment between these values and their actions. Her style is direct and forthright as she challenges paradigms to achieve the desired outcomes. Cherry Collier, PhD, MCC

Cheryl D. Jordan, CPEC, MCC, PhD

Beginning her career as a systems consultant for a Big Four consulting firm in high tech and pharmaceutical companies, she has since worked with higher education institutions in California and Minnesota to develop leadership competencies, succession planning models, and leadership workshops.

David, now retired from 3M Corporation, has had a diverse career. For almost 30 years, he worked on the technical side of IT, first as a programmer, then as an analyst, and held several supervisory positions. The past nine years, he has developed expertise in outplacement consulting, performance management, staff motivation, competency practices, organizational change, workforce planning, leadership development, 360° feedback, employee health and productivity, skills database, and work/life programs. He has facilitated working sessions on scenario planning, systems thinking, and strategic planning. He has also facilitated employee satisfaction surveys, making recommendations to management on areas needing attention.

He has developed innovative models for workforce management and professional development. He has developed and delivered workshops on writing performance goals, individual development planning, resiliency, and stress management. He has published two articles on employee professional development.

Dave is an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University and Cardinal Stritch University, teaching courses on human resources management and organizational behavior. He has also been a guest lecturer many times at The Carlson School of Management and Normandale Community College. He holds a Master’s in Software Design and Development from the Univ. of St Thomas and a BA from the University of St Mary’s of Minnesota.
